How long will it take for my order to be shipped? 

• Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. 

My item has a manufacture defect, are you able to repair it?

• We will repair any and all manufacturing defects in a timely matter and free of charge.
• We will repair any faults/defects that are within one year of it's purchase date. 
• Please email us at info@camposbags.com with order number and description of damage in detail (photos will help us greatly).
• Please note, mailing the item to us for repair- will be at your own expense. 

My item has a defect upon arrival. What should I do?

• Please fill out the return form found in the original packaging and we will gladly mail you a new one. 

Do you use vegan leather?

• No, currently all of our bags & accessories are made from authentic leather originated from Italy.
