Exchanges & Returns

We want you to love your Campos goods because every product we make is made with love, but we get that sometimes it doesn’t work out. If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact customer service via info@camposbags.com to obtain return instructions for a refund, minus shipping.

SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE, AND CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.

Campos will accept returns under the following conditions:

  • We request that all goods are returned within 14 days from the time that the customer received their order.
  • Products will be thoroughly inspected and must be in their unused and original condition.
  • Goods returned with any sign of wear, will not be accepted for a return. 
  • Returned orders must include all original goods including the dust bag.  
  • The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
  • Refunds will be credited back to the account between 7-14 business days.
  • All Shipping and Handling Fees are Non-Refundable
