Exchanges & Returns
If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact customer service via info@camposbags.com to obtain return instructions for full refund, minus shipping. Sale items are FINAL SALE, and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Campos will accept returns under the following conditions:
- Return must be returned within 30 days from the delivery of your order.
- Products must be in their unused, original condition. (Handbags and accessories with any sign of wear, will not be accepted for a return and will be shipped back to initial delivery address).
- Returned orders must include the original box and dust bags.

Refunds will be credited back to account between 5-7 business days.
All Shipping and Handling Fees, are Non-Refundable
